Inspection method:

Remove the faulty supercharger from the engine and inspect damaged condition of the turbine and impeller, whether there is any hit marks by foreign body, whether there is foreign body in the turbocharger inlet and exhaust passage.

A. The end face of the compressor impeller is damaged by a foreign body, which is due to a foreign body from the inlet pipe or air filter into the compressor housing;

B. The radial part of the turbine is damaged by a foreign body, which is caused by the foreign body entering the vortex case from the exhaust branch pipe of the diesel engine;

Liability determination:

Damage of Turbine and impeller caused by quality problems other than the supercharger itself, all are the responsibility of the user.
