Inspection method:

Under the condition of good axial and radial clearance of the supercharger, there is oil leakage at the turbocharger compressor end, and there is usually an oil leak at the compressor outlet. In the engine, there are oil leakage marks in the connection hose of the compressor outlet, and a large amount of dust is attached to the impeller surface and the inlet surface.

Liability determination:

A. If the axial and radial clearance of the supercharger is good, the impeller and steel wheel are not damaged and the rotation is flexible, it is preliminarily concluded that the seal ring failure caused the oil leakage, which is the factory's responsibility, after excluding other influencing factors of the engine;

B. If false supercharger oil leakage is caused by engine intake failure and idle time is too long etc, it shall be the user's responsibility. Please timely eliminate the engine influencing factors.
